Biography

Graduate specializing in ceramic art at the School of Applied Arts in Valencia in 1988, in the same year he received a scholarship for further studies in Caldas de Rainha, Portugal. In 1989 he was invited to creative ceramics course at the School of Ceramics in peanuts and in 1990 performed a monograph on screen in the EAA of Valencia.

Graduate specializing in ceramic art at the School of Applied Arts in Valencia in 1988, in the same year he received a scholarship for further studies in Caldas de Rainha, Portugal. Founding member of the Society of Artists Purgatori in 1992 and since then working with graphic illustrations in different Spanish and Portuguese media as Combarro magazine correspondent since 2003, and as coordinator of exhibitions at the gallery Purgatori. Since 1992 his work is divided between the ceramic sculpture, painting and installation, but focusing on the study of the industrial theme in architectural recovery and study of its impact on the landscape and aesthetics.

In 2003 designed the catalog and the exhibition "Apocalypse" by Keith Haring and William Burroughs to the Foundation Saramago, Castril, Granada. In 2006 he was invited to the Second International Ceramic Boasso, Portugal. His work is present in the collections of: Museum of Contemporary Art in Ibiza, Manises Ceramic Museum, Diputación de Albacete, Universidad de Panama, Panama, Museo del Agua, Lisbon, Portugal, Centro José Saramago, Castril, Granada, Palais de la Culture in Bamako, Mali, Contemporary Art Area C, Camargo, Santander, Obra Social Caja de Ahorros del Mediterráneo, Postal Museum Image in Beldevvere Ostrense, Italy, Taipei County Yingge Ceramics Museum in Taiwan, Lugo Sargadelos Seminar, Ameda Mediterranean Association of Contemporary Art and Ceramic nternational FuledI Art Museums FLICAM in Fuping, Xian, China where he was invited in 2008 to perform some of his latest project "Permanent Endangered" in the FLICAM Museum in Xian, China, exhibited in the gallery Sargadelos of Barcelona during 2006-7 and exposed in February 2009 at the Galerie Judy Straten in Horst, the Netherlands and the Rotterdam Art Fair. It has been selected for the retrospective exhibition Valenciano Realism 1963-2005 to be held in the Museo del Carmen in Valencia later this year.
